1Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Parvis Inc. ("Parvis," "Solevo," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Solevo platform, AI agent deployments, and this website. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2Services
Solevo provides AI-powered agent solutions for local service businesses, including but not limited to:
- Design, configuration, and deployment of AI conversational agents
- Lead capture, qualification, and routing automation
- Appointment booking integrations
- Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of deployed agents
The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or order form. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
3Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver your AI agent
- Obtain any necessary consents from your end users before deploying AI agents on your channels
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
- Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Solevo platform
4AI Agent Disclaimer
Our AI agents are automated systems powered by large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- AI agents are not a substitute for licensed professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
- Solevo AI agents are configured to deflect questions outside their defined scope and refer users to qualified human staff
- You are responsible for reviewing agent responses and ensuring they are appropriate for your business context
5Healthcare and HIPAA
If you operate in a healthcare-related industry (including medical spas, dental clinics, wellness centers, or similar), you acknowledge the following:
- You are solely responsible for your own HIPAA compliance obligations as a Covered Entity
- Solevo agents are designed as front-desk and lead capture tools and are not intended to collect, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) in a clinical capacity
- If your deployment may involve PHI, you must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Solevo prior to going live — contact contact@solevo.ai to request one
6Intellectual Property
Solevo retains all rights to its platform, technology, workflows, and proprietary methods. You retain ownership of your business data, customer data, and any content you provide to us. You grant Solevo a limited license to use your data solely to deliver and improve the services described in your service agreement. We do not use your customer data to train AI models without your explicit written consent.
7Payment
Fees for Solevo services are described in your service agreement or order form. All fees are due as specified therein. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
8Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Solevo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if a client violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to Solevo's systems, reputation, or other clients.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Solevo in the three months preceding the claim.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solevo, Parvis Inc., and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parvis Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
